HGV Driver - Full Time

To keep up with growing demand, we’re looking for a qualified, reliable, and forward-thinking individual to join our team as a Concrete Block Delivery Driver, operating from our Aylesbury depot.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for delivering concrete blocks to various sites, ensuring each delivery meets our high standards of service. Your day will involve driving one of our custom-built 8×2 32-tonne lorries to scheduled drop-offs, liaising with site foremen or clients to ensure proper and satisfactory placement of materials. You’ll return only once the delivery is signed off and the customer is happy.

Key Requirements:

Valid HGV license
Must live within easy reach of our Aylesbury depot
Willingness to work anti-social hours as needed
Extensive HGV driving experience
A Moffett-compliant forklift license is desirable
A calm, patient, detailed and customer-focused approach
Understanding of the fast-paced demands of event support and site logistics

Warehouse Operative/Forklift Driver

Blok Logic, premium provider of hired concrete blocks, barriers and ballast is looking for a competent, self-motivated, reliable and detail driven individual to manage our new depot. This is a hands-on role and as a warehouse operative you are required to be forward thinking, hardworking and organised. Day to day jobs will require fulfilling orders to go out from the warehouse to various sites and receiving off-hired items back into stock.

A warehouse operative’s job involves heavy lifting and would therefore suit someone with practical ability as well as being physically active. This role is to oversee the management of inventory as well as to load, dispatch and receive jobs to a high degree of accuracy. The role is varied with different challenges each day, potentially suited to a candidate from a builder’s merchant background.

Required

Must live within easy reach of our Aylesbury depot
Willingness to work anti-social hours as needed
Driving Licence (HGV preferable)
Forklift licence

Times may vary depending upon the contracts we are working on at the time. This does mean that weekend work and bank holidays may be required. The person in this role must be flexible regarding what days off they have throughout the week and to longer duty days as required.
